Family house in Mokré near České Budějovice
The overall architecture is based on a simple rectangular floor plan topped with a symmetrical roof. The gable faces the entrance to the plot. The central part has two dominant recesses forming covered terraces. The front part is complemented by a dominant longitudinal cornice transitioning into the flat roof of the parking space cover. In terms of materials, the dominant white plaster of the facade meets in places with a sheet metal part of the facade made of folded sheet metal elements in an anthracite shade. The central recessed parts are clad with wooden vertical prisms in a natural shade of larch wood. The roof will be covered with the same sheet metal elements as on the facade.
